This supplement is a concentrated complex of minerals and natural trace elements in diluted and colloidal form. All the minerals and trace elements in the composition are diluted so finely that they can be easily assimilated through the cell membrane and used efficiently by the body.
It is recommended to take 1.5 ml diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice once a day to provide the body, at regular intervals, with enough natural magnesium, as well as a multitude of minerals from sea water. For athletes and in case of a great effort, the amount can be increased accordingly up to 5 ml.

The recommended portion per day is 5 ml and contains: Chlorine -1000mg-125% VNR; Magnesium-375mg-100% NRV; Potassium-140mg-under 15% NRV; Sodium-120mg-* NRV; Calcium-42mg-under 15% NRV; Boron-0.75mg-* VNR; Manganese-0.12mg-under 15% NRV; Iodine-15 µg-below 15% NRV. VNR – Nutritional Reference Value* - minerals for which no VNR has been established.
