Product Return Policy

According to Article 4, letter b of Government Ordinance no. 130 of August 30, 2000, regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to notify Tratamente Naturiste Nicu Ghergu S.R.L. in writing that they cancel the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 10 working days from the delivery of the product. The merchandise must be returned in its original form, undamaged, along with the invoice, to the address specified by one of our colleagues, WITH THE OBLIGATION TO COVER THE TRANSPORT COSTS INCURRED FOR PRODUCT DELIVERY.

The return must be made within a maximum of 10 working days from the receipt of the package. The products must be in their original, undamaged packaging, without physical modifications, signs of wear, knocks, chips, scratches, shocks, and with all tags attached and accompanying documents. The costs related to product transport will be borne by the client, and the refund of the product value will be made within no more than 30 days from the return.

Returns are not accepted for clothing items in the intimate apparel category (e.g., boxers, briefs, socks, etc.) that have been unsealed, “for health protection or hygiene reasons” (OUG 34/2014 Article 16 point E).

If the product is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new, we reserve the right to reship the product to the client at their expense, without refunding the product value.

Product returns can only be made through a rapid courier service.

The product value will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the return. The refund will be processed via bank transfer to a valid IBAN account specified by the buyer.

After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will unblock the amount in the client’s account within 1 to 30 days, depending on their policy.


International Delivery Policy (Orders Outside the EU):

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable in case of package refusal or failure to collect the package on time.

In case of refusal or failure to collect the package, the following will be deducted:

  • The cost of round-trip shipping.
  • Customs duties and any additional costs imposed by customs authorities. These fees are not fixed and will vary depending on local legislation. The client will receive a copy of the customs duty invoice issued by the competent authorities.
  • A 10% administrative processing fee of the product value.

Partial refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned package, deducting the aforementioned costs.

Refused or uncollected products will not be automatically reshipped, and the client must place a new order if they wish to receive the product.

Any additional costs incurred due to package refusal or non-collection, including storage or handling fees, will be fully borne by the client.


Return Policy for International Orders:

If a package is returned due to refusal to receive it or failure to collect it, round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and the 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.

Product returns must be made in appropriate condition, without signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging.

Customized, sealed products or items at risk of rapid deterioration cannot be returned according to applicable legislation (Article 16 of OUG no. 34/2014).
