Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Product delivery is available throughout the entire country.
Orders exceeding 300 lei benefit from free shipping across the country.
The shipping fee for orders below 300 lei is fixed (20 lei) anywhere within the country.
Orders received daily by 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day (if the products are in stock at our warehouse), while orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Packages will be delivered by the courier company within 24-48 hours from order confirmation for products available in our physical store*, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but you can also opt for Saturday delivery.
*For products sourced from suppliers, delivery times may be extended, and our team will communicate the estimated delivery time.
If, within 10 days of arrival at the destination, the courier cannot deliver the products due to the client’s fault, or if the client does not pick them up from the courier’s warehouse, the contract will be considered canceled due to the client’s fault, and the client will be responsible for covering the round-trip transport costs.
Delivery and Return Policy (EU Orders):
Shipping costs for orders within the EU are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable in the event of package refusal or failure to collect the package on time.
In the event of refusal or failure to collect the package, the following will be deducted:
- The cost of round-trip shipping.
- A 10% administrative processing fee of the product value.
Partial refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned package, deducting the aforementioned costs.
Refused or uncollected products will not be automatically reshipped, and the client must place a new order if they wish to receive the product.
Any additional costs resulting from refusal or failure to collect the package, including storage or handling, will be fully borne by the client.
International Delivery Policy (Orders Outside the EU):
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable in the event of package refusal or failure to collect the package on time.
In the event of refusal or failure to collect the package, the following will be deducted:
- The cost of round-trip shipping.
- Customs duties and any additional costs imposed by customs authorities. These fees are not fixed and will vary according to local legislation. The client will receive a copy of the customs duty invoice issued by the relevant authorities.
- A 10% administrative processing fee of the product value.
Partial refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned package, deducting the aforementioned costs.

Return Policy for International Orders:
If a package is returned due to refusal to receive or failure to collect, round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and the 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
Product returns must be made in appropriate condition, without signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging.
Customized, sealed products or items at risk of rapid deterioration cannot be returned according to applicable legislation (Article 16 of OUG no. 34/2014).
