These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tratamente Naturiste Nicu Ghergu S.R.L., a legal entity organized under Romanian law, with registered office at Str. Baionetei Nr. 3, Sector 5, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/9401/2004, unique identification code 16499021 ("Online Store", "Company", "tratamentenaturiste.ro", and any references to "we" or "our" refer to the Company) and the individuals using ("User") the website www.tratamentenaturiste.ro ("Site") and/or the services offered by the Online Store through the Site ("Services").

Accessing and using the site tratamentenaturiste.ro, including any page or section thereof, or any Service provided through this site, can only be done in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy (GDPR) and the Cookie Policy.

Other Defined Terms

  • "Wishlist" is the section in the Account where the Buyer/User can create lists of Products and Services they wish to track for future purchases.
  • "My Cart" is the section of the Account where the Buyer/User can add Products or Services they wish to purchase.
  • "Order" represents the electronic request submitted by the User through the Site, expressing their intention to purchase products and services marketed by the Company.
  • "Contract" is the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer.
  • "Order Period" represents the timeframe from the moment the Order is placed until the Right of Withdrawal expires.
  • "Legal Right of Withdrawal" is the right granted by law, allowing the User to cancel the Order within 14 days from receiving the products, without penalties or justification.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on www.tratamentenaturiste.ro – images, texts, symbols, graphics, scripts, software, and other data – is the property of tratamentenaturiste.ro and is protected by copyright laws and intellectual and industrial property laws. Limitation of Liability

Orders
Users can only order products and services available at the time of the Order. Orders placed by 3 PM will be shipped the same day if products are in stock.

Payment and Invoicing
Prices, payment methods, and delivery details are specified in each Order.

Product Return Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt under certain conditions. Customized or perishable products cannot be returned.

International Shipping and Returns (Non-EU Orders):
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable if the package is refused or not picked up. Customs fees, round-trip shipping, and a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from refunds.

Disputes
Any disputes between the User/Client and Tratamente Naturiste Nicu Ghergu S.R.L. will be resolved amicably. If not, the conflict will be settled by the relevant court in the area where the Company operates.
