Lumbar belt with tourmaline

The tourmaline lumbar belt has a beneficial effect due to the long-wavelength infrared radiation that the tourmaline crystals emit as a result of heating upon contact with the body's skin.

Due to the increase in the temperature of the tourmaline, negative ions are emitted as well as a low intensity magnetic field. They penetrate into the deep layers of the skin where pain and inflammation are reduced by neutralizing free radicals and other toxic substances, resulting from altered cellular metabolism.

Features of the tourmaline lumbar belt:

• improves blood and lymphatic circulation in the lumbar and sacral region, eliminating tension and pain in this area, caused by various disc diseases, trauma, neuropathies, disorders of the lumbar paravertebral muscles;

The belt can also be placed along the spine, in which case it is necessary to lie horizontally to ensure the adherence of the belt to the skin. As a rule, after about 10 minutes there is an obvious sensation of heating or stinging at the level of contact with the integuments of the area.

HOW TO USE:

moisten a small area in the middle area of ​​the device with a little water and then fix it on the skin in the place where the pain is felt.

Usually after about 10-15 minutes, blood circulation in the area improves and the area begins to warm up. A stinging sensation can sometimes occur. These phenomena end up persisting for up to 3-4 hours and can reactivate during the day spontaneously or if the respective area is moistened with a little warm water.

Application time is 15-30 minutes 2 times a day. The belt can also be applied without prior wetting, in which case the specific sensations appear over a longer period of time and can be worn up to 5 hours a day.

Some people may find that they have a greater sensitivity, which is why, if you are among them, it is recommended that you wear tourmaline devices within the limits of your tolerance.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

in the beginning, in the first week it is enough to apply the lumbar belt for 10 minutes 2 times a day. From the second week you can increase the interval to 10-15 minutes 2 times a day. Continue in this regime for 3 months. After a break of one month, you can resume applying the belt in the same way.

MAINTENANCE MODE:

for washing the belt, use warm water, without detergents, bleaches or soap, the water temperature being a maximum of 40 C.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• Fever
• Predisposition to hemorrhages
• During or after bleeding
• Dermatological conditions at the level of application of the devices
• Hyperthyroidism
• Pregnant, lactating women

PRECAUTIONS:

• Heart diseases
• Do not use more than the time indicated and do not get wet with a lot of water
• Do not use during sleep
